We walked here from Exeter Racecourse Caravan Club site. We sat outside in the picnic area as we took our dogs with us. Picnic area is lovely paved area under the trees with sun and shade. The large breakfast was large, excellently cooked, service was great. Definitely recommend this place.

Lovely little hidden away diner. Always went past it but never went in. Decided 1 morning to go in for breakfast and it was lush! Real good quality food and the service was just so friendly.

My wife and I stopped here for breakfast and a much needed break after being stuck on the A303 for an hour and a half due to a serious accident just before the Devon border. The place was spotlessly clean from the toilets to the seating area.We were met with a warm welcome from the lady taking our order, she asked how we were and how our journey was going. We ordered 2 breakfasts and 2 teas, the breakfast was cooked to order and delivered to our table with a smile. The food was perfectly cooked and plentiful. We would highly recommend Haldon Forest diner as a great place to stop for a meal.We look forward to coming back again as we regularly travel along this route to Cornwall.

Really delicious and good portions. Me and the wife went for the large breakfast and it was just scrumptious. It wasn't greasy at all and was hot. Really accommodating staff and nothing was a problem as my son changed his mind about 5 times whilst ordering the food! Would recommend to anyone who is going to Cornwall or even to the races at Exeter to eat here as it is well priced and amazing quality. The kids always ask to stop off here on the way down to Cornwall now and they are the fussiest critics I know!
